CSV instead of a black box

Export uses the data in your Collection. System columns, Attributes, and image URLs are output as CSV so you can reuse them in spreadsheets, inventory systems, or your own processes.

1

Open the Collection

Go to Collections, open the Collection you want, and switch to the data area.

Export starts directly in the Collection. There you also see the data that will later be included in the CSV.
The Product data of the open Collection is exported.
Attributes in your Collection become CSV columns.
Image URLs can be included in the CSV.
2

Start a quick CSV export

Use “Export (CSV)” when you need a quick download of Collection data without further selection.

Quick export

Creates a CSV directly from the available data in your Collection. This is ideal for backups, quick spreadsheet checks, or simple follow-up processing.

When to use it

Use it when you do not need to restrict columns and want all current Collection data in one step.

No token cost

CSV export is a data export and does not start a new AI analysis. It does not consume scan tokens.
3

Configure advanced export

Open “Advanced export...” when you want to set date range, unexported Entries, delimiter, header row, quotes, or columns.

Advanced export options dialog in Resell Scan
In advanced export, you control the key CSV options and select columns.
Limit the date range with from/to dates.
Optionally export only unexported Entries.
Adjust CSV delimiter, header row, and quotes.
Select system columns, Attributes, and image columns deliberately.
4

Review and reuse the CSV

Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet app or import it into your target system.

The table is a simplified example. Your CSV columns depend on the system columns, image columns, and Attributes selected for your Collection.

Check target systems yourself

Resell Scan provides the CSV. Before importing, check whether your target system expects specific column names, delimiters, or required fields.
